-          Any test done at any level must contain two sections. Section 1 and section 11. Prepared on the basis of K.C.S.E format.

-          End term Exams done are from Mathematics Association for Secondary Schools (M.A.S.S – KBM).

The following mathematics teaching – learning materials are available.

-          (a) Course text books and teachers guides

-          (b) Schemes of work – refer section 7 for schemes of work as used in 2017.

-          (c) Graph grid -  available in every class room.

-          (d) Black board geometric construction items.

-          Three dimension teaching models.

-          Extra external black walls and portable boards.

 

  1. 7.      MATHEMATICS PROGRAMMES.

 

-          Olympiads daily programme that is comprised of two parts

-          (a) a typical KCSE section two - 10 marks question done on daily basis – a cost sharing programme in which each student buys a 200 pages exercise book and a file for use.

-          (b) a typical KCSE section one – lunch time question. – done in the first 5 minutes from 1.10 pm before proceeding for lunch.

-          Saturday 7.00am – 8.00am test.

-          Form 4 topical testing is done after completion of coverage of syllabus
